There are three points of entry to Sinfonia Smith Square; the North Entrance, the South Entrance, and down the steps or lift into the Box Office and Crypt.

The are two flights of approximately 25 stone steps up to the North and South entrances.

There is an accessible toilet in the Footstool Cafe & Bar in the crypt.

The Box Office, Footstool Cafe & Bar, and seating in the Main Hall are accessible by lift. Once you arrive, use the ramp to the left of the Box Office entrance to take the lift down to the LG level into the Crypt. Our staff will be there to assist you, and give you access via the lift to the Main Hall when doors are open.

Seats in the gallery are unreserved and have a restricted view. Access to the gallery is via a stone spiral staircase with no lift access, so gallery seats may not be suitable for those with limited mobility or difficulty climbing stairs.

We offer wheelchair accessible seating for every event at Sinfonia Smith Square. These seats can be booked by calling our Box Office on 020 7222 1061.

Please inform the Box Office at the time of booking if you will be using a wheelchair. We hope to introduce an online access scheme for these seats over Summer 2024.

We offer an additional seat free of charge to patrons who require a companion/personal assistant. These seats can only be booked alongside a standard or wheelchair ticket.

Selected events at Sinfonia Smith Square offer BSL interpretation. Please check the relevant event listing to see whether this is provided.

Procurement of an Assistive Listening System is underway, due to be installed during Summer 2024.

Assistance dogs are welcome in both the Main Hall and Footstool Cafe & Bar. Please let us know in advance so that we are able to make any arrangements necessary for your visit. Our Cafe staff are happy to provide water for your dog if necessary. You may leave your dog with our staff during the performance if preferred.

The nearest Blue Badge parking bays are on Smith Square, adjacent to Lord North Street. Westminster City Council provides an up to date list of parking bays for Blue Badge holders (opens in a new tab).

We will make every effort to ensure re-admittance of patrons who need to leave the hall. Our Front of House team will be on hand to assist and re-admit you at an appropriate point.

Selected events at Sinfonia Smith Square are advertised as ‘Relaxed Performances’. These are curated with our neurodivergent patrons, and patrons with disabilities or sensory predispositions in mind. At a relaxed performance, you can expect the house lights to be kept on at a low level and a designated chill out zone separate to the Main Hall. At our relaxed performances, there is an open attitude to noise and movement from the audience, and patrons are able to leave and re-enter the hall freely.
