British violinist Martyn Jackson was born in 1988 and has performed as a solo artist and chamber musician throughout the UK, much of Europe and the Middle East. He studied at Berlin’s Hochschule für Musik “Hanns Eisler” and the Royal College of Music in London. He has played at the Southbank Centre’s Purcell Room, with Berlin Philharmonic principals, and toured Europe with cellist Henri Demarquette. He has served as Assistant Concertmaster for the LSO, Philharmonia Orchestra, and the BBC SSO.
